AI Fashion Campaign

A modular workflow built in Flora.ai that produces a cohesive, professional lookbook for a fashion brand. It takes an existing fashion campaign video as its motion base, then treats each visual layer — model, garment, background — as an independently swappable variable within a single systemic pipeline, preserving the source video's camera movement, timing, and edit rhythm.

Lookbook Engine

The lookbook engine transfers different garments of a clothing line onto a model in a video. The process works in two stages: first, a flatlay image of the target garment is generated from a reference photo of a model wearing it. Then that flatlay is fed into a Kling video node to replace the model's current outfit in the source video, preserving the original movement and framing.

Creating Mr. Wiggles

Mr. Wiggles was born out of a Blender rabbit hole of glass and refraction shaders. Camera movement, multiple angles, and cyclical positions gave Mr. Wiggles an alienist character.
